Staffing Plan
Under the supervision of your facility's administrative staff, Flagship
Rehabilitation Services will staff, manage and train a consistent,
comprehensive team of qualified and experienced therapists. Your rehab
team will develop, implement and maintain a successful rehab program,
designed to place your facility at the forefront of rehabilitation
in the area.
Flagship understands today's current healthcare climate and particular
needs of your facility. We will provide rehab services up to seven
days per week if the patients RUGS level demands such. We will meet
all licensure requirements for Medicare and Medicaid regulations. We
will propose a staffing plan for the initial start up and growth of
the rehab program in your facility including:
Rehab Program Coordinator
A rehabilitation professional, licensed as either a Physical Therapist,
Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational
Therapist Assistant or Speech-Language Pathologist. This individual
possesses experience in managing staff, PPS minutes and levels, program
development, marketing, case management and demonstrates exceptional
communication skills.
- Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Occupational Therapist and/or Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Speech-Language Pathologist
Along with your rehab team, Flagship provides additional support staff
which includes:
Operations
The role of our operations team is to coordinate the implementation
of Flagship's programs and services at your facility. Our Vice-President
of Operations will be on hand to orient and train all rehab personnel
as well as oversee the entire relationship between Flagship and your
facility. Through our Vice President of Quality Improvement and Corporate
Compliance, Flagship will ensure compliance with all Federal and State
regulations, while guiding the development of rehab programs tailored
to your specific needs. On-site visits will be conducted on a regular
basis by the Flagship Operations Team to ensure the quality and consistency
of our services.
