Staff Participation
A partnership is defined as working together to achieve a common goal.
Our Rehab Site Manager and therapy team along with Flagship management,
will be partners with you in building the most successful and innovative
rehab program possible. We will become part of your facility culture
and together develop the highest quality rehab program for your residents.
The staff of Flagship Rehabilitation will participate in PPS Management
meetings, resident care plan meetings, monthly administrative meetings
and other meetings as agreed upon to assure ongoing, effective communication
with your facility staff and administration.
Continual Quality Improvement
Flagship Rehabilitation is dedicated to ongoing quality improvement
for all its programs and customers. Quality-based care is provided
thru an ongoing Quality Improvement (QI) Program that has been established
to objectively and systematically monitor and evaluate the process
of patient care, to pursue opportunities to improve patient outcomes,
and to resolve identified problems in an appropriate and timely manner.
Flagship Rehabilitation's Quality Improvement Department conducts internal
audits quarterly to monitor the quality of care and services, as well
as patient and customer satisfaction at your facility. These audits
are reviewed by our Vice President of Quality Improvement and Corporate
Compliance Officer to assure you that our services are in compliance
with your facility's expectations while meeting Federal and State requirements.
