Resident Evaluation
Patient Evaluations will be performed within 48 hours of receiving
the physician order to evaluate. Flagship's documentation format assures
compliance with all Medicare standards and is time efficient for therapist
use.
Resident Screening
Flagship utilizes an interdisciplinary screening tool to screen your
residents that exceeds the State requirements for assessing change
in function. All residents will be screened upon admission and re-admission
to your facility, every 90 days thereafter, upon notification by nursing
or if Flagged on your state QI report. A member of our staff will follow-up
on the QI indicator report relevant to therapy. This screen is essential
for the facility to meet OBRA compliance standards. All therapists
are trained to perform the interdisciplinary screening.
