In addition to our clinical rehab programs, our management team provides
many years of expertise to help enhance your therapy reimbursement
to an optimal level.
Our primary focus is quality patient care while meeting the operational
and financial needs of your facility. This is accomplished by assessing
the current rehab program and conducting a thorough review of operating
procedures. Our team will collaborate with nursing and admissions staff
with regard to identifying candidates for therapy. In addition, we
will work with your accounting and management staff with regard to
medical records documentation and compliance with Federal and State
regulatory requirements.
Financially, our management team will confer with our clinical staff
and your facility staff to make recommendations on maximizing reimbursement.
We will review the facility's costs and charge structures and evaluate
your facility operations to ensure maximum reimbursement for therapy
services.
Following our assessment, we will issue a report, which outlines our
findings, and suggest any changes which will improve the rehab program.
We will be available to assist in implementing any recommendations
at the Customers request.
