PPS Management, Medicare Part B & Denials

Let Flagship help you!

PPS Management

PPS requires significant case management, increased efficiency and effectiveness of rehab services delivered. The Flagship management team has extensive experience in the delivery of cost effective, quality focused rehab programs. Our therapists receive continuous training in the management of skilled patients in order to assure the most effective and efficient quality of care for your residents.

Medicare Part B

Flagship Rehabilitation increases Medicare Part B caseloads through our Part B screening of residents and specialty programs in the facility. Our therapists are trained on the screening process, Medicare Part B and specialty programs, such as Restorative Nursing, Dementia, Falls, and Restraint Reduction. Federal and State regulations are complied with by Flagship Rehabilitation through the provision of policies and procedures, tracking instruments and training of our therapists on those regulations.

Denials

Flagship Rehabilitation stands behind the rehabilitation services delivered by our trained professionals. We provide rehab services that are in compliance with Federal and State regulations, according to the needs of the patient, based on the physician's orders.

Flagship Rehabilitation will assist your Facility in appealing denials of claims for rehabilitation services up to and including the Administrative Law Judge level if necessary. If Flagship Rehabilitation receives payment from the facility for a service that is later disallowed in part or in full, Flagship Rehabilitation shall refund those direct charges of Flagship, but only if the denial is based on a finding that the services were not medically necessary or the services were not supported by timely and complete documentation for billing.
