Physical Therapist (PT) Show Details [+]
|
These members of our team evaluate, treat and supervise the administration of physical
therapy treatment and services to patients. Our people must demonstrate and exercise
knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to be a graduate of an APTA accredited
four-year or Master's level PT school or equivalent for foreign trained therapists and have
a current license in applicable states.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Show Details [+]
|
These members of our team administer physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
Physical demands of the position are medium to heavy requiring good physical and mental health.
These individuals may handle senile, confused and frightened residents.
They must be able to lift/transfer minimally 150 lbs. They must have good hearing, near visual
acuity for reading and written materials, and color vision to assess patient's skin and wound status.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to have a two year associate degree
from an APTA approved college program for PTA's and have a current license in applicable states.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Show Details [+]
|
These members of our team perform a variety of functions which involve
evaluation and treatment of patients in a variety of clinical settings as
well as supervising the activities of the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Caseloads vary in number and diagnosis.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to have a Bachelors Degree in
Occupational Therapy, certification from NBCOT or eligibility to obtain certification,
the ability to demonstrate and exercise knowledge and skills necessary to
provide care appropriate to age of patient served, ability to transfer/lift 150Ibs.,
and the ability to assess and interpret data relative to age/status of patients.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Show Details [+]
|
These members of our team perform a variety of functions which involve carrying out provided treatment plans, working in a cooperative effort with the OT on each patient and notifying the OT of patient status change. Caseloads vary in number and diagnosis.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to have a two year Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, and NBCOT certification or eligibility for certification, licensure in applicable states, accuracy, dependability and discretion with regard for confidentiality, the ability to transfer/lift 150 lbs., the ability to demonstrate and exercise the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age/type of the patients served.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Show Details [+]

These members of our team focus on maximizing the communicative and
swallowing competence of each patient. They provide comprehensive diagnostic,
consultative, and treatment services for patients with hearing, language, speech,
and swallowing disorders.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to have a Master's Degree in
Speech Language Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competence,
and a current license in applicable states.

Rehab Aide (Nursing Home) Show Details [+]
|
These members of our team are responsible for assisting members of our
health team in maintaining a safe environment for therapy,
and assisting in care appropriate to age of the patients served.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to have a high school diploma
or equivalent. Physical demands of this job are medium to heavy.
An Aide should be in good physical health in order to assist with patients requiring maximal
assistance.

Regional Coordinator Show Details [+]
|
These members of our team are responsible for providing, within an
assigned facility, direction to physical therapy, occupational therapy,
speech pathology and support staff. They must perform various management
activities such as fiscal management, productivity reporting,
program development and evaluation, implementation of policies and
procedures and promotion of customer service.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to meet the
educational and state requirements for clinical practice in Physical
Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology. It also requires
three years clinical experience, including at least one year in a
supervisory or lead therapist capacity, effective written and verbal
communication skills, leadership skills, effective customer relation skills,
ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative in analyzing problems and
recommending/implementing solutions to provide effective rehab services.

Regional Director Show Details [+]
|
This member of our team is responsible for coordinating activities of
all therapists and designated personnel within a specified region in
accordance with current federal, state and local standards,
guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs and
as may be directed by the Administrator to ensure the highest
degree of quality care is delivered at all times and that maximum employee
productivity is achieved.
To serve in this position, a person is expected to have a Bachelor's
degree or equivalent, three or more years experience in
Management/leadership position or other related experience,
and outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
